Flipping a high school calculus classroom

One of my first challenges was working with a Calculus teacher who wanted to explore the possibilities of flipping her math classroom.  We met to discuss resources and strategies.   She caught me in the hallway at the end of this week indicating she was giving it a whirl!  She decided to focus on an advanced calculus class.  Some of the resources I suggested can be found in the following pinterest collections:
